Ellis D. Cooper is an Adjunct Instructor specializing in a Statistics course based on his book, EXCEL in Statistics. He teaches this course to first year students at colleges in the Boston area. The premise is that however valuable is knowledge of basic concepts in statistics, skills in EXCEL are widely prized in a great many employments.
His interests include mathematical category theory, thermodynamics, the phenomenology of time, and the structure of conscious thought. These are reflected in two books, Mathematical Mechanics: from Particle to Muscle and Microlects of Mental Models.
